Backup’s form factor is sleek and beautiful with an aesthetic that is designed to blend into a modern kitchen. But despite Backup having a design that could be displayed proudly in your home, we actually intended for the opposite – for it to disappear. At just 2.8″ thick, Backup tucks neatly behind your refrigerator, inside of a cabinet or under the bed.

Dust & Heat: Plan to stash Backup behind your fridge? We know you don’t clean there and we know exhaust heat from the fridge exists. Backup is rated for operation in ambient temperatures up to 150° F and our proprietary Cool Tech Enclosure seals the unit off from dust and dander.

Keeping Things Cool: That Cool Tech Enclosure not only protects from dust, the back panel also doubles as a heat sink, drawing heat away from the core electronics so it can run safely and at peak performance.

Whisper Quiet: Our innovative thermal management (ie how we keep things cool) means that we can integrate smaller fans that run so quietly, you won’t even know they are there. No helicopter landings here, very bedroom-friendly.
