In 2019 we switched the focus of our clients from influencers to companies that had more stable revenue streams. This was a success and created very low customer support tickets whilst increasing the average price per customer. We acquire customers via organic Google searches and we continue to heavily work on our On and Off-page SEO.

The large majority of our customers are companies or online digital nomads that either make money from Instagram/ TikTok or use it to gain more exposure for their companies which results in more revenue. We mainly deal with the owners or high-level management of these types of clients and provide them with support to help them grow as much as possible. If they make more money via Instagram they pump more money into our company.

Our other types of customers include influencers, personal accounts, pet accounts and much more. We cater for every type of Instagram and TikTok account with any budget.

Operations

• We use 6/7 different providers for the services we sell and we have direct communication with the owners so we get VIP support and near-instant responses for any queries we have. We vet and test all services before they are released. This helps us to release the newest and best services possible that are updated all day every day.
